The LEAD Europe Sustainability Leadership Programme is an intensive, experiential course in leadership for sustainability.

This Programme equips mid-career professionals with the sustainability knowledge, the key skills and heightened self-awareness to drive the agenda for positive change. Moving beyond traditional working practices, the course explores the collaborative, cross-sector, cross-cultural approach required to achieve sustainability.

This Programme is for Europe's emerging leaders, talented, experienced people with ambition to change their life, their work and their world. Graduates of the programme have become major players and decision-makers in sustainability, creating and implementing policies and strategies that will affect future generations. Many more leaders, however, are needed to put our world onto a sustainable path and this programme is for those individuals with the drive and commitment to make that happen.

In an increasingly globalised world, the international dimension of the Programme is particularly relevant. LEAD takes participants on-location in Europe to tackle real sustainability challenges, collaborating with an international peer group for an invaluable experience in working across sectors and cultures.
